IEF-Werner at the 2024 Motek trade fair, Stuttgart: Intelligent solutions
IEF-Werner will be presenting proven and new solutions for automation and handling tasks at Motek 2024 in Stuttgart from 8 to 11 October in hall 5, stand 5220.
The roboSTACK palletising system is new. It is based on the varioSTACK modular palletising system, but has been optimised for the integration of a robot. The palletiser's reinforced structure enables flexible use in production processes. The roboSTACK Flex version is also equipped with variable infeed belts and electrically controllable lifting forks so that different tray sizes and parts can be processed. The Flex version thus dispenses with expensive pneumatics - the palletiser operates 100% electrically.
Another highlight is the special design and integration of linear axes in conjunction with a robot - keyword robot on 7th axis. These additional axes enable the robot to move back and forth more efficiently between different work or picking stations and thus increase its reach, which can be particularly advantageous in assembly and material handling.
IEF-Werner will also be showcasing its latest development in the field of predictive maintenance. By monitoring machine data in real time, potential failures can be identified before they occur. This significantly reduces actual downtimes and damage, recognises wear parts in good time and recommends preventative measures. For the live demonstration, the process and machine data of two trade fair exhibits are continuously monitored, analysed and displayed.
